Virginia Johnson, 92, of Stirling, passed away Friday, June 12th, 2015 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover. Virginia was born and raised in Newark.
She was a Clerical Worker at Martindale-Hubbell Publishing Company, New Providence. She retired in 2002.
From 1942 - 1948 she worked for the Western Electric Corporation as a final inspector for wiring machines during the war efforts. She loved to ballroom dance.
She was the former wife of Robert G. Johnson, loving mother of Karen Buccelli and her husband Nick of Rockaway Township, Renee Barrett and her husband Scott of Colchester, VT, Bruce Johnson and his wife Chris of Little Silver, and the late Gary Johnson who passed away in 1992. Cherished grandmother of 9 and one-great-granddaughter.
Visitation Tuesday, June 16, 2015, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
