Obituary of Thelma M. Beacham

Thelma M. Beacham, 89, passed away Thursday, June 4th, 2015 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover following a short illness. Thelma was born in Morristown and has been a resident of Dover all her life. She worked at Bell Laboratories, Whippany, and retired in 1988 after 15 years. She had also worked during the war at Picatinny Arsenal, Rockaway Township. She was a member of the Dover Senior Citizens, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Wharton Senior Citizens. She was an avid bingo player and loved trips to the casinos. She was a great baker and crocheter. Survived by her son David G. and wife Elizabeth of Rome, GA, three daughters Betsy Roberts and husband Bill of Denville, Beryl Steer and husband Bob of San Antonio, FL and Bonnie Reptak and husband Bob of Wesley, FL. Also survived by nine grandchildren Christine, Michelle, Terry Alan, Desiree, Danielle, Dominic, David, Andrew, and Timothy and seven great-grandchildren Brianna, Taylor, Alyssa, Addisyn, Julia, Caprice, and Brayden. Predeceased by her husband George A. in 1997. Visitation Sunday, June 7, 2015, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph ( www.tuttlefh.com ). Funeral Services will be Monday, June 8, 2015, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
