Obituary of Chrysoula Kepreos

Chrysoula Kepreos, 93, of Succasunna, passed away Wednesday, August 7th, 2013, following a short illness, at Merry Heart Nursing Home, in Succasunna. Chrysoula was born in Savannah, GA, and moved to Patras, Greece as an infant. She returned to America and liven in Newark and Hackettstown, prior to residing in Succasunna in 1965. She was a member of St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph, where also she was a member of the Ladies Philoptochos Society and briefly sang in the church choir. She worked as an Electronics Tester at Cereberus Pyrotronics, Inc., Cedar Knolls, and retired in 1994 after 20 years. She also worked at M & M Mars in Hackettstown and Tungsten Contact Manufacturing in Randolph. After retiring from Cereberus, she volunteered at Dover General Hospital, Dover until 2006. and she also collected for the American Cancer Society. Chrysoula is survived by her three sons Ted, of New Hope, PA, Steven N. and wife Elizabeth M. of Lafayette, Thomas G. of Succasunna and her granddaughter Chrystina E. Kepreos. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 11th, 2013, 1 - 5 p.m., at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph (973) 584-0388, at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 12th, 2013. Interment will follow the service at Hillside Cemetery, Succasunna. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to the St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ 07869.
