Obituary of Matthew R. Condit

Matthew R. Condit, 69, of Randolph, passed away, at his home, Saturday, April 11th, 2015 following a long illness. Matthew was born and raised in Newark and has been a resident of Randolph for 28 years.
He received a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering in 1969 and was the Vice President of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity. He was Chief of the Precision Manufacturing Branch at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover and retired in 2013 after 44 years.
Matthew did carpentry part-time and enjoyed classic car shows and fishing. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by Josephine, his wife of 49 years, two daughters Jacqueline Thompson and husband Thomas of Randolph and Charlotte Bizousky and husband Richard of Effort, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren Alexandria, Christian, Michael and Anthony.
Memorial Visitation Sunday, April 19, 2015, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph with a Memorial Service following at 4:00 PM (tuttlefh.com).
