Obituary of Walter T. Losey

Thursday August 6, 2009 10:00 AM Mass Walter T. "Red" Losey Mr. Walter T. "Red" Losey, 87, of Dover passed away suddenly Sunday, August 2nd, 2009 at home in Rockaway Township. Resident of Rockaway Township for fifty-five years. Mr. Losey was born in Manhattan, NY. He was a Parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Dover. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp in WW II. He worked as a Supervisor at Dayco Corporation, Dover, and retired in 1981 after thirty-three years. Charter member of the Rockaway Township Birchwood Fire Department #4. He was a court aide for a Superior Court Judge in Morris County for fifteen years. Survived by Marion, his beloved wife of fifty-eight years, his sister-in-law Betty Damelio of Dover and his nephew George Bateson of Rockaway Township. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Dover, at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 6th, 2009. Visitation Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph.
