Bruce William Gallagher, 71, of Flanders, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013, at his home. Bruce was born in Jamaica, Queens, NY and formerly of Levittown L.I. N.Y. Bruce graduated from the State University of New York - StonyBrook in 1963. He worked as a Cost Study Analyst at State of NJ Board of Public Utilities Newark, retiring in 2010, after 23 years. Member or the Knights of Columbus Elizabeth Ann Seton Council #6904 of Whippanny. Also a member of The Roxbury Coin Club. Survived by his wife Claire of 49 years; three sons Warren of Lakeland, FL, Bruce E. and his wife Stephanie of Budd Lake, and Michael and his wife MayBritt of Dillsburg, PA.; Brother-in-law Ed Kiesling of Hackettstown. Also survived by seven grandchildren Christopher, Chelsi, Cassandra, Jessica, John, Karli, and Nathaniel. Visitation will be Thursday, July 25th, 2013 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, (www.tuttlefh.com). Memorial Mass will be held at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel R.C., Cedar Knolls, at 9:30 AM on Saturday, July 27th, 2013. In Lieu of Flowers Donations may be made in his memory to Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel 75 Ridgedale Ave Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927.
