John J. Chovanec, 72, of Wayne, passed away Wednesday, December 17th, 2014 at Hospice of New Jersey, Wayne, following a long illness. John was born in Dover and has been a resident of Wayne since 2011, formerly of Randolph.
He served in the US National Guard.
He was a former Owner/Manager- Apartments, in Randolph.
John was a member of the Sussex County Art Association.
Survived by his sister Carol Chovanec of Dover and by several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014, 10:00AM-11:30AM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 Noon at Sacred Heart Church, Dover. Interment at Gate of Heaven, East Hanover.
