Obituary of Paul The Pham

Paul The Pham, 63, of Succasunna, passed away Saturday, November 29th, 2014 at home, following a long illness. Paul was born in Bien Hoa, Vietnam and has been a resident of Succasunna since 2009. He formerly resided in Stanhope and Randolph. He served in the U.S. Army during in the Vietnam War. He worked as a Carpenter at the Lyons VA Hospital, Basking Ridge and retired in 2014 after 27 years. Paul was a parishioner of St. Therese R. C. Church in Succasunna. He enjoyed going to the West Morris YMCA, traveling and doing home renovations but, mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family. Survived by Nhi, his wife of ten years, five children Kim Sonnennberg and her husband Thomas of Jefferson Township, Sam Soto and her husband Davey of Randolph, Huy Pham and his wife Jackie of CA, Hoat Pham and Kaity O'Connell of Hackettstown and Hoai Pham and Emily Ortiz of Elizabeth. Also survived by eight grandchildren Davey Jr., Elizabeth, Mai Lyn, Mia, Rayna, Lily, Amaya and Alana, three brothers, two sisters in Vietnam, one in the USA and one in Denmark. Predeceased by his daughter Elizabeth Pham in 1994. Visitation Wednesday, December 3, 2014, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Thursday, December 4, 2014, 10:00 AM at St. Therese R.C. Church, Succasunna. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
