Obituary of Susan M. Sgalia

Susan M. Sgalia, devoted wife and mother, age 52, of Dover, passed away on Nov.28, 2014 at Compassionate Care Hospice St. Clares's Dover. She was born in Orange NJ and had been a resident of Dover since 1985. She was formerly of Flanders. Susan worked at the Randolph Twp. YMCA as a membership coordinator for 22 years and formerly worked for United Jersey Bank as a branch manager. She is survived by her husband Dave, 2 daughters, Dana Sgalia of Pa. and Taylor Sgalia at home, 1 son Andrew at home, and 2 brothers Thomas Brenner of Pa. and Richard Brenner of Flanders. She is also survived by her mother in law Lorraine Sgalia of Dover, brother and sister in law John Sgalia and wife Patricia of Mi. and Janice Friedland and husband Eric of Randolph. Also several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Wednesday Dec. 3, 2014 at St. Thomas Moore R.C. Church in Morristown. Visiting hours will be held 3-5 and 7-9 PM on Tuesday at the Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Rt. 10 W. in Randolph.
