Dulcie Milton, 89, died on November 24, 2014 in the Compassionate Care Hospice Unit in Saint Clare's Hospital in Dover. Dulcie was a homemaker who lived in Randolph, NJ most of her life. The Milton family immigrated to the United States in 1955 from Bristol, England. She leaves behind a daughter, Kathleen Ketch and her husband Bill of Randolph, NJ as well as a son, Colin Milton and his wife Wanda of Kimball, NE. She had 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was a beloved, mother who will be dearly missed! Arrangements are private by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
