Obituary of Theodore G. Graner

Theodore "Ted" G. Graner, 82, of Rockaway Boro, passed away Monday, November 10th, 2014, at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover, following a short illness. Theodore was born and raised in Denville and has been a resident of Rockaway Boro for 49 years. He worked as a Janitor at R.C.A., Rockaway, and retired in the 1980's after 25 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of the Rockaways. He was an avid baseball fan and was a little league baseball coach and softball coach in Rockaway. Theodore also played softball for R.C.A. and enjoyed going to casinos, but most of all he loved his family. Survived by his wife Charlotte M. (nee Hendricks), four children Theodore, Jr. and his wife Susan of Hopatcong, Shari Chesnick of Rockaway, Bonnie Rotundo and her husband Joe of Succasunna and Edward of Davenport, FL. Five grandchildren Christin, Theodore John, Malynda, Michael and Kevin, five great grandchildren Coralie, Nicholas, Gennaro, Daisy and Jaylin. Also survived by his brother Harold of Mt. Pocono, PA, his sister-in-law Joan Fulmer of Las Vegas, NV, two brothers-in-law Edward Hendricks of FL and Myron Hendricks and his wife Janine of CO and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th, 2014, 4:00PM-8:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 14th, 2014, 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Marcella Union Cemetery, Rockaway.
