Obituary of Herman Robert Rysdeck

Herman "Bob" Robert Rysdeck, Sr., 77, of Oak Ridge, passed away following a short illness on Friday, September 19th, 2014, at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville. He was born in Paterson and formerly of Pompton Lakes. He worked as a Powder Mixer at E.I. Dupont, Pompton Lakes, and retired in 1985 after 25 years. Bob served as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard He was a member of the Genesis Lodge #88 F.&A.M. of Pompton Lakes, the Lakeland Senior Citizens Club of Jefferson and the Golden Age Club of Milton/Jefferson. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survived by his son H. Robert Rysdeck, Jr. and his wife Jeanette of Oak Ridge; five grandchildren Tiffany, Robert, Alexis, Katie and Ryan; two great grandchildren Robert and Ryker. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen in 2002. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd, 2014, from 3:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014, at 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to the Milton First Aid Squad, 45 Milton Road, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438.
