Obituary of Ralph G. Terreri

Ralph G. Terreri, Sr., 91, passed away surrounded by his family on September 9, 2014. Born in Newark he also resided in Orange, Toms River and Denville. Ralph is the husband of Louise nee Nittolo, father of Camille Clifton and her husband Larry, Rita Savignano and her husband Michael, Ralph Terreri Jr. and his wife Carol. Ralph is also the beloved grandfather of Andrea Orlando, Lawrence Clifton, Dan Clifton, Michael Savignano, Scott Clifton, Danielle Terreri and Amanda Terreri. He is also the beloved great-grandfather of Alex Orlando, Olivia Orlando, Zachary Clifton, Sebastian Clifton and Mateo Clifton, also survived by his siter Christina Cogliano. Ralph is a US Army veteran who served during WWII in the 39th Regiment, 9th Division Company D in Germany, Normandy and Belgium. He is a Purple Heart recipient along with various other medals and awards. Ralph is a past president of the Orange Little League where he coached for many years. After serving in the Army Ralph worked as a Machine operator with Orange Roller Bearing for 30 years. After retiring he then worked in the mail room for the State of New Jersey at the Meadowlands Sports complex. Visitation will be Sunday, September 14th, 2014, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Mass will be on Monday, September 15th, 2014, 10:00 AM at Resurrection Parish, Randolph (973-895-4224). Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, East Hanover.
