Raymond D'Agostino, 92, of Mount Arlington, passed away Thursday, August 21st, 2014, at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, following a short illness. Raymond was born in Dover, and has been a resident of Mt. Arlington since 1954 and also a resident of Hollywood, FL since 1977. He was the Owner of the Bertrand Island Amusement Park, Mt. Arlington, and retired in 1977 after 27 years. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake, Mt. Arlington. Member of the Elks Lodge #2109 Exulted Ruler, former councilman in Mt Arlington for 20 years, and Police Commissioner for eight years in Mt. Arlington. Survived by his wife Vicki of 61 years, three daughters Ramona D'Agostino of Atlanta, GA, Donna Tardive and her husband Guido of Mine Hill and Dolores D'Agostino of Boynton Beach, FL. Also survived by a granddaughter Elizabeth and his brother Larry. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24th, 2014, 1:00PM-5:00PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake, Mt. Arlington, Monday, August 25th, 2014, 10:00AM. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers,donations are requested in his memory to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
