Obituary of Fouad Z.H. Roufaiel

Fouad Z.H. Roufaiel, 72, of Hackettstown, passed away Thursday, July 3rd, 2014, peacefully at home. Fouad was born in Cairo, Egypt, and has been a resident of Long Valley since 1988. He worked as a Senior Research Chemist at GlaxoSmithKline, Clifton, where he retired in 2007 after more than 30 years. Fouad was a parishioner of St. John the Beloved and Mary Magdaline Copic Orthdox Church, Randolph. He was also a parishioner for 20 years at Elevation of the Holy Cross Eastern Orthodox Church, Hackettstown. Survived by Nadia, his beloved wife of 42 years; one son George F. of Long Valley; one daughter Rose F. Corzine and husband Jason of San Diego, CA; two grandchildren Carter and Cameron. Also survived by his two sisters Nazli Roufaiel of East Brunswick and Lola Roufaiel of Cario, Egypt, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Shawki Roufaiel in 2012. Visitation will be held Monday, July 7th, 2014, 4:00-8:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). Funeral Services will be held at St. John the Beloved and St. Mary Magdalene Coptic Orthodox Church, Randolph, at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8th, 2014. Interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Chester.
