Lyndon B. Samuels, 48, of Victory Gardens, passed away Wednesday, June 4th, 2014 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. Lyndon was born in Morristown and has been a resident of Victory Gardens since 1990, he formerly resided in Morristown.
He worked as a Head Cook at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital, Morris Plains.
Lyndon was a competitive power lifter and won several state and national championships from 2002 to 2012.
Survived by his wife Linda, daughter Kassandra at home, his mother Mary Samuels of GA and his brother James Odum of Irvington.
Predeceased by his father Bernard in 2002 and his sister Donna Samuels in 1987.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 14th, 2014, 9:30 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 61 Richards Ave, Dover.
