Obituary of Nathaniel G. Perry

Nathaniel Perry, 85, died April 9 th , 2014. Born May 20, 1928, in Durham, NC, to parents Willie Clarence Perry and Iola Walker Perry. He is survived by his daughter Diane and her husband Ronald Bittiger, Branchville, Barbara Lawwill and fiancé Jim Lombardi, Denville, and son Donald, Columbus, OH. Nate was a loving grandfather to Jason, Todd, Amy, Travis, Jericca, Allston and Christine. Also a great-grandfather of 7. He is also survived by his ex-wife Ruby Perry Adams, Franklinton, NC. Predeceased by his grandson Dillan. He retired from the Morris County Road Dept in October 1995. Nate was a life long Duke fan and looked forward to every summer going to the family picnics for endless hours of playing horseshoes and also attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11 th , 2014, 6:00-9:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph ( www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 12 th , 2014, 9:30AM, also at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Randolph Department of Health, ATTN: Randolph Animal Pound, 502 Millbrook Ave, Randolph, NJ 07869. Please make the check payable to Friends of Randolph Animal Pound.
