Obituary of George John Szabo

George John Szabo, 69, of Dover, passed away peacefully at Morris View Nursing home on June 23, 2018.  George was a graduate of Morris Hills High School.  He served in the Army in Viet Nam in Field Artillery Air Mobile.  He later worked in Picatinny Arsenal as a Product Assurance Specialist until retirement. Following his retirement, he worked part time at Morris Knolls High School, Rockaway.  He was an active member and donated much of his time of American Legion Post 344 in Rockaway. George was an avid fisherman.

George is survived by his sons Gregory and Michael, his daughter in law Amy, grandson    Gregory II, sister Sarah Delucchi, nephew Peter George, niece Danielle, niece Angela Szabo, and grandniece Delilah.

George was predeceased by his parents Sarah and George Szabo and his brother Joseph.

Graveside Service will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, at 11:30 am on July 5, 2018.
