Randolph - Daniel D. Cole passed away on March 12, 2018 in Randolph, NJ at the age of 62. Danny leaves behind his beloved mother Catherine Cole, of Randolph, NJ; brothers Robert and wife Gina, Thomas and wife Melody, John and wife Tammy, Edward and wife Miki; and sisters Catherine, Mary Bitondo and husband Robert, and Anne. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, great-nieces, a great-nephew, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Cole and brother James Cole of Randolph, NJ.

Danny was born on February 3, 1956 in Denville, NJ to Robert and Catherine Cole. He grew up in Randolph, NJ and upon graduating from Randolph High School he enlisted in the Navy. After his discharge from the Navy he traveled the country staying in Colorado, Ohio, Rhode Island and finally returning to his parents. He graduated from Union County College and Kean University. He had a passion for writing and self-published a book of poems and a book about his time spent in Colorado. He was heavily involved in the veterans' community and would selflessly give his time to those in need. The world has lost a kind soul and he will be truly missed- most of all by his mother Catherine.
