Benjamin T. "Babo" Forder, 80, of Port Murray, passed away Sunday, March 23rd, 2014 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown. Benjamin was born in Morristown and previously lived in Randolph and Hackettstown. He was in the New Jersey National Guard (113th Tank Battalion). He worked in Laborers Local 711, Morristown and retired in the mid 80's. He was a member of Tuscan Jrs. Social Club of Morristown. He was an avid football fan and Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved his family, AC and drinking coffee with his retired friends at Dunkin Donuts. Survived by Carol A. Forder of Randolph, his former wife of 27 years; his sister Eileen Grogan, his children Thomas, Linda Forder, Deborah Westerfield and husband Joe, Benjamin, Edward and Glenn. Also survived by his grandchildren Thomas, Tina, Gina, Dana, Kenneth, Ashley, Glen and great-grandchildren Elizabeth and Dominick and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Kenneth Duane Forder, brothers Vincent Mucci, Thomas and Duane and sisters Margaret Forder and Grace Arnold. Visitation Wednesday, March 26th, 2014, 4:00-8:00 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass will be at Saint Margaret of Scotland Church, Morristown, (973-538-0874) 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 27th, 2014. Interment will follow at Hanover Cemetery, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312.
