Obituary of Gloria A Picarro

Gloria A. Picarro was a phenomenal mom to Josephine R. Flanagan and a second mom to Frank L. Flanagan.  A loving grandmother to Angela G. Flanagan and Amanda J. Flanagan.  She was caring, companionate, extremely tenacious and a great Italian cook who did not want anyone to starve who came over the house. She worked for over 40 years as an accountant in New York City.   She loved traveling especially to Italy with her family speaking Italian and getting the best food in all the local restaurants. She also love cruising with her family and always looked forward to the next adventure.  We will never forget her.
