Helen Beatrice Melis, 90, of Mendham Borough, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 12th, 2014 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown. Helen was born and raised in Clifton and has been a resident of Mendham Borough since 1968.
Survived by her son Dr. Robert Melis of Rockaway; her granddaughter Alison Cortney Melis also of Rockaway and her sister Matilda Schmitz of Waretown.
Predeceased by her husband Bertan Melis in 1999.
Visitation Wednesday, March 19th, 2014, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddlebrook.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
