It's never the right time to say goodbye. I will miss you, Dad, and here is why.
You taught me so much: to show no fear, to always have fun, and face the day with cheer.
You were always so able, so fast and so strong. In your little girl's eyes you could do no wrong.
You would always listen, and you never pried. You were the arms around me when I cried.
You never looked for praises, and you were never one to boast.
You were always there for those you loved the most.
You worked so hard, and those strong creative working hands
Led me through life and helped me understand
That life can be hard, and tough, and sad, but through it all I had my Dad.
And because of you, I understood that life was actually pretty good.
I believe in you and will follow your path, and when things go wrong, I'll look back and laugh.
I hope you can hear me so I can let you know that you were and will forever be my hero.
So yes, today I am full of sorrow, but I will smile a little more with each tomorrow.
So please, Dad, go be at rest and know to me you were always the best. I will miss you and know that you were loved by one and all and now that you are in heaven with Mom and Bill
Rest in Peace

I send my love and prayers to the whole Lewis gang and all of Uncle Bill's friends and fans....and join you in Spirit tomorrow and Friday. I'm sorry that I can't be with you.
I am honored to have known Uncle Bill and to have had him as my Uncle. His legacy of commitment to his family and enjoyment of his life are an inspiration to me. His solidness and kindness come to mind as well. My father also looked up to him and admired him and wished he was closer.
When I took a long and wonderful walk with Uncle Bill years ago, he talked about how much he loved his wife and children....and how blessed he was to have your love. Hugs to all, Love Cousin Margie DeSpain

I am Margie DeSpain's Mom who was Don (Jack's half-brother) and got to know your Dad when visiting in St. Louis - I remember him showing me beautiful carvings that he had made - He was quite an artist! Your Dad was always a perfect gentleman. He kept in touch with me for many years. I admired him very much. God Bless all the family and I only wish I could travel and be there,, but I can't . Will be sending a donation in his name to Hospice, who was very good to my husband when he passed 2 yrs. ago.Ann (Anna Mae) formerly Ann DeSpain

Our deepest condolences to everyone in the family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lewis one or two times, but found him a delightful conversationalist and very artistic man. I do remember him showing me his collection of bird decoys - such talented hands he had to make such works of art.
He is now home with the love of his life, swept up in the arms of his Savior. Peace and Blessings to the wonderful legacy of family that he has left behind.

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
Our location
272 Highway 10 Randolph
