Obituary of Ida Costanzo

Ida D. Costanzo passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Regency Grande in Dover.   Ida was a lifelong resident of Dover.

She was employed as a Registrar at Randolph High School and retired in 1987 after 25 years.  Ida was a lifelong Parishioner of Sacred Heart R.C. church in Dover, past president of the Dover PTA and past Morris County Regional PTA director.  She served in the civilian air patrol during WWII. Ida was also instrumental in blocking the construction of an apartment complex that would have negatively impacted the town of Dover.

She is survived by her three children; Joseph of Dover, Linda Cahir and husband Steven of Mt. Tabor, James and wife Patricia of Rockaway Township, six grandchildren Erin, Joseph, Nicholas, James Patrick, Claire and Elizabeth.  She was predeceased by her husband James in 2005.
