Elinor Shepard, 79, of Rockaway, passed away Sunday, March 2nd, 2014, at Saint Clare's Hospital, Denville.
Elinor was born in Jermyn, PA, she has been a resident of the Dover-Rockaway area since 1953.
She worked as an Assembler at Perkin-Elmer, Flanders.
Elinor is survived by two daughters Deborah Blackwelder of Bridgewater and Melanie Torres of Rockaway and one son, Michael Shepard of FL. She is also survived by six grandsons Andrew, Curtis, Mark, Christopher, Jason and Hunter; one granddaughter Noelle and four great-grandchildren Lauren, Derek, Connor and Miles.
Predeceased by her mother Josephine Gwizada, her father John W. Yaworski Sr. and brother John W. Yaworski Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th, 2014, from 7:00-9:00PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). Funeral Mass will be held at at St. Bernard's Parish, Rockaway, at 9:30 AM on Saturday, March 8th, 2014. Entombment to follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum Dover.
