Vasilios Tsiavos, 70, of Mine Hill, passed away, at home, Thursday, June 6th, 2013. Vasilios was born in Greece and has been a resident of Mine Hill since 2000, formerly of Livingston for 35 years.
He was self-employed, Restaurant Owner/Chef.
He worked as a Chef in Newark for several years and later owned and operated his own restaurants throughout Northern NJ, including the former Travellers Diner and the Denville Diner.
Survived by Zoe, his wife of 33 years and two daughters Olga Tsiavos and Andrianna Tsiavos both of Mine Hill.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph (973-584-0388) on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, 12:00 Noon.
