Obituary of James William Maffey

James William Maffey, Jr., 69, of Rockaway, passed away suddenly, at home, Saturday, June 1st, 2013. James was born in Glen Ridge and has been a resident of Rockaway for the last 2 years, formerly of Bloomfield. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a Auto Mechanic at Tom Hosley Exxon Station, Summit and had also worked at Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield, retired in 2008. Survived by his son John and his wife Jennifer of Byram; three grandchildren Jalissa, Jessica, and Joshua. Also survived by his cousins Patty Kern and Johnny Cordasco. Visitation Thursday, June 6th, 2013, 7 - 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will also be at the funeral home, 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 7th, 2013. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
