Thursday July 30, 2009 7:30 PM Memorial Service Charlotte Blanchard Mrs. Charlotte Blanchard, 76, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 at the Respiratory Rehab. Center at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Resident of Dover since 1974. Mrs. Blanchard was born in Cripple Creek, CO. She worked as a clerk for the A&P Food Stores in Morristown. Retired in 1996 after 37 years. Survived by her sister Barbara Wouda of PA, and her brother William Banks of AZ. Also survived by her granddaughter Laurie Gomolla of Dover. Predeceased by her daughter Jeannette Gomolla in 1998. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, July 30th, 2009, 7 - 7:30 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph followed by a Memorial Service at 7:30 p.m. (www.tuttlefh.com)
