Obituary of Melvin V. Cannon

Melvin V. Cannon, 80, of Parsippany passed away after a short illness on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville.
Mr. Cannon was born in Long Branch and resided in Parsippany since 1994. Melvin served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was an Electrician for Local Union #3 I.B.E.W., NY for over 35 years retiring in the 1990’s.
Melvin is survived by his former wife Ruby McCullough; cherished nieces-Christiana and Kristiana Oguje, and Janie Dortch; and sister-in-law, Helen Oguje. He is also survived by extended family members.
Memorial Visitation on Thursday May 30, 2013, 12Noon-1:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com). A Memorial Service will follow the visitation at 1:00PM also at the funeral home.
