Monday July 27th, 2009 10:00 AM Mass Mr. Robert F. Pfister, 85, of Roxbury Township passed away Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Resident of Roxbury Township since 1994, moved here from Randolph Township. Mr. Pfister was born in North Bergen. He was a member of St. Therese R.C. Church, Succasunna. Served as a Pilot in the U.S. Air Force in WW II. Received his Master's in M.B.A. from Rutgers University. He worked as a Sales Engineer at Westinghouse, Hillside and retired in 1982 after 33 years of service. Member of American Legion Post #27 of Dover and a former member of the Knights of Columbus of Iselin. Survived by his four children; Katharine E. Pfister of Randolph, Lorraine O'Connor and husband Brian of FL, Madeline Wirfel and husband Mark of PA, and Norine Petruzelli and husband Thomas of FL. Also survived by seven grandchildren; Colleen, Kathleen, Dwayne, Laura, Marlene, Karyn and Tracey and nine great-grandchildren. Predeceased by the love of his life, wife of 51 years, Kay in 1998. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese R.C. Church, Succasunna, at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27th, 2009. Visitation Sunday, July 26th, 2009, 1 - 5 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. (www.tuttlefh.com) Interment at Oak Ridge Presbyterian Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
