Obituary of Michael J. Meola

Updated 3/28/2013 Michael Joseph Meola loving son & brother Michael J. Meola, 44, of Randolph, died March 20, 2013. At the time of his passing he was being visited by family and friends at the Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. Michael was born in Denville, NJ. He was the first son of Eileen J. and Arthur L. Meola. Family and friends were Michael's passion and joy. He loved spending time at Long Beach Island. He loved to cook and entertain and all things Italian. His big brown eyes and beautiful smile would draw you in like a beacon. He gave us all courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life. Michael was a Class of 1986 Dover High School Graduate. Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Gladys Hunter as well as his paternal grandparents, Luke and Marie Meola. Michael is survived by his parents Eileen J. Meola of Randolph and Art and Marie Meola of Hopatcong. As well as his siblings: Michele Flusk and her husband Bill, Mark Meola and his wife Leah, James DiNonno, and Christy Webster and her husband Aric as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Therese R.C.
