Obituary of Cleo Maillard Peterson

Cleo Maillard Peterson, 89, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, February 16th, 2013 at home, following a long illness. Cleo was born in New York City. She worked as a Secretary at Bell Labs, Whippany, and retired in 1986 after 35 years. Survived by her son Robert Maillard (Joann) of AZ, daughter Carol Aiken of Morristown, step-daughter Diane Maillard of NC, two sisters Marjorie White of Morristown, and Doris Suitt of Dover, and brother Eugene Gibson of NC. Also survived by four grandchildren Nathaniel Aiken of IN, Daryl Aiken of Randolph, Robert Maillard of AZ, and Dawn Samuelson of CA and four great-grandchildren Kyle, Julian, Bryce, and Nathaniel Aiken and her caregiver and family member Angelica Samuels. Predeceased by her husband Carlton Peterson. Visitation Thursday, February 21, 2013, 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Church of God in Christ, 3 Rowe St., Morristown, NJ. Funeral Services will follow 11:00 AM also at the church. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Morristown. In lieu of flowers donations to Atlantic Hospice, 465 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960.
