Robert H. Vogt, 71, of Randolph, passed away, at home, Friday, January 25th, 2013. Mr. Vogt was born in Jersey City where he also grew up and has been a resident of Randolph since 1973. Mr. Vogt received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and started his career at Bendix Aeronautics, Teterboro. He worked as an Electrical Engineer for ITT in Nutley, and retired in 2000 after more than 30 years. His interests were model trains and rebuilding antique radios. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren. Survived by his wife Linda of 40 years; two children Robyn Maronski and husband Charles of Logan Township and Robert also of Logan Township; his sister Elizabeth Zdanio and four grandchildren Avery, Bobby, Ryan, and Sophie. Also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Karl and sister Helen. Visitation Tuesday, January 29th, 2013, 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Wednesday, January 30th, 2013, 10:00AM at Resurrection Parish, Randolph. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
