Julia L. Stanchak,91,of Dover,passed away on Friday,January 11,2013 at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Born in Chatham, Julia spent most of her life in Dover. She was an assembly worker for Boonton Fusee for over 40 years and after her retirement she worked another 10 years for Warner-Lambert Company in Morris Plains. Julia was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Dover; a member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the Leisure Club of Sacred Heart Church. She was also well known as an excellent cook. She is survived by 4 nephews; Jack Powitchko of Southern Pines,NC, Allen DeGregoris of Hopatcong, Dean DeMarco of Westminster, MA and Bobby Harrington of Mine Hill. Also survived by 7 nieces; Rita Berkowitz of Oxford, Eleanor P. Agan of Wheaton, IL, Deborah DeMarco of Dover, Roberta Willard of Rockaway, Diane Mulrooney of Parsippany, Carol Gantor of Hopatcong, and Pamela Frunzi of Clearmore, OK. Predeceased by her husband John in 2006. Visitation Wednesday, January 16, 2013, 3 - 5 & 7 - 9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Thursday, January 17, 2013, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Dover. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Sacred Heart Church, 8 Richards Avenue, Dover, NJ 07801.
