Rose Marie Enik
Mrs. Rose Marie Enik, 88, of Randolph passed away suddenly Sunday, July 5th, 2009 at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Born in Monogah, WV to her late parents Joseph and Antoinette (DelSantro) Cargilo. Rose Marie lived in Belleville, Denville and most recently Randolph.
She was a Parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Denville.
She worked as an Operations Manager at General Instruments, Newark and retired in 1968 after 25 years. She was very involved with the U.S.O. during World War II. She also worked as a Secretary at Mutual Benefit Life Insurance in Newark for 10 years retiring in 1978. She was in the Women's Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus Council #150 of Newark and also a member of the Denville Senior Citizens.
Rose Marie was predeceased by her loving husband Matthew Enik, her loving brother, James Cargilo and her loving sister Theresa Mustacchio. Although Rose Marie did not have any children of her own she was survived by seven nieces and nephews: JoAnn Van Erem, James Cargilo, Donna Bisogna, Kim Hospodar, Michael Gargas, John Gargas and James Mustacchio and also many great-nieces and nephews and many great-great-nieces and nephews. She was very involved in their lives and will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Denville, (973-627-0269) at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 10th, 2009.
Visitation Thursday, July 9th, 2009, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. (www.tuttlefh.com)
Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
