Robert H. Wall, 85, of Wharton, passed away Saturday, November 24th, 2012 at Sussex County Homestead in Newton. Mr. Wall was born in Tranquility and has been a resident of Newton for 2 years, formerly resided in Wharton. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. Mr. Wall worked as a Millman for the Mt. Hope Rock Quarry, Rockaway Township, and retired in 1997 after 15 years. Member of the Mt. Hope Fire Company #2 for over 20 years, served as Chief in 1965 and 1967. Survived by his seven children Irene Sprecher, Robert W., Manuel, Augustus, John, Patricia Dittmar, Chris and Sheri. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Anna in 2010. Visitation Wednesday, November 28th, 2012, 4 - 7 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are requested to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
