Obituary of Mark C. Jaeger

Mark C. Jaeger, 47, passed away suddenly Saturday, September 8, 2012. Mark was born in Teaneck and lived in Randolph before moving to Dover. He worked for the Morris County Department of Public Works in the County Road Department. He was a veteran of The US Army and was “The Ultimate Volunteer”. He was a member of: The American Legion-William Hedges Baker Post # 27, Dover; He was a Recreation Commissioner for the Town of Dover; Mark was the President of the Dover Striker Recreational Soccer Club; an Official for Travel soccer in Dover; a referee with SCOA; and coached Football, Basketball, Soccer, and Softball in Dover. He was also a Softball coach in Randolph. Mark is survived by his wife of 17 years Susie (Nee Alonso) his cherished children: Kyle, Rachel and Nikolas; his mother Elizabeth Jaeger, Randolph; his siblings: Victoria and her husband Michael of Cinnaminson and Christine of Randolph; his mother-in-law Marion Alonso and father-in-law Manuel Alonso of Murrells Inlet, SC (formerly of Dover); his brother-in-law John and Daphne of Jefferson Twp; his nieces and nephews: Sean, Jordan, Emma and Maxim; and his beloved dog Quincy. Mark is predeceased by his father Lawrence Jaeger; his brother Stephen and his sister Diane. Visitation will be held Friday, September 14, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Rt. 10 Randolph www.tuttlefh.com. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 10AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph.
