RoseAnn (Salzarulo) Krygier, 41, of Rockaway Twp, passed away on Saturday, August 25,2012 after a long and courageous two and half year battle with uterine cancer, at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover.
RoseAnn was born in Elizabeth. She lived most of her life in Roselle Park before residing in Rockaway Twp. for the last 13 years. RoseAnn graduated from Kean University, Union before receiving her masters degree in teaching from Marygrove, Detroit, MI. Mrs. Krygier started her teaching career at Marist High School, Bayonne. For the past 14 years RoseAnn taught at the Jefferson Township High School. She has always been active over her teaching career including Class Advisor and Advisor for Science League and Earth Science.
RoseAnn loved the New York Giants and was a season ticket holder for many years; going to many Bruce Springsteen concerts and Broadway Musicals with her friends; L.B.I., and her trips to Disney World.
RoseAnn is survived by her husband John of 11 years; her five year old son Garrett; her parents Joe and Gloria Salzarulo of Rockaway; and her mother and father in law Veronica and James Gavigan of Holland Twp. She was loved and will be missed by many relatives and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will he held Thursday August 30, 2012 at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph, from 2:00PM -4:00PM. The Memorial Service will follow at 4:00PM (Tuttlefh.com). A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, September 1, 2012, 12Noon at the Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park (908-245-1107).
