Obituary of Frank Zanotti

Frank Zanotti, Jr., 74, of Dover, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, July 31st, 2012 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover. Frank was born in Dover and has been a lifelong resident of Dover. He was Owner/Operator of the Rest-A-Bit Tavern, Mine Hill, for 46 years. Past President of the Licensed Beverage Association of New Jersey and Past District Administrator of North Jersey Little League. Lifelong member of the Hawthorne Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps and the Alumni Hawthorne Caballeros. Past President of the Wharton/Mine Hill Rotary Club; member of the Dover High School Football Boosters, the Late Model Nascar Racing Association; as well as a member of the Dover Hilltop Athletic Club and the Moose Lodge #541 of Dover. Survived by his two sons Francisco "Frankie" of Dover and John and his wife Kelly also of Dover; his two daughters Christina "Tina" Zaycer and her husband Dave of Mendham and Theresa Yeager and her husband Tom of Wharton. Also survived by five grandchildren Amanda, Samantha, Julia, Ashley and Adam. Predeceased by his wife Josephine "Jo" in 2007 and his daughter-in-law Dorothy in 1999. Visitation Sunday, August 5th, 2012, 1 - 5 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 6th, 2012, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
