Obituary of Michael Leonard Peterson

Michael Leonard Peterson, 55, of Roxbury Twp, passed away in a fatal motorcycle accident on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Newton Memorial Hospital, Newton. Michael was born in Irvington and lived in Newton before residing in Roxbury Twp. the past seventeen years. Michael was a project manager at Klae Contruction in Oak Ridge, where he worked for twenty years. He served as a treasurer for both Legends H.O.G. membership, Ledgewood and for Roxbury High School Cheerleaders. He was a cheerleading dad. Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife Antoinette of 23 years; two daughters Nicole and Sarah; his parents Leonard and Loretta; two sisters Kathleen D’Ambrosio and Nancy Gabriele; and a brother David. A Funeral Service will be held at Kitchell Memorial Presbyterian Church, East Hanover (973-887-6939) on Wednesday April 25, 2012 at 11:00AM. Visitation at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com) on Tuesday April 24, 2012, from 2-4PM & 6-9PM. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers donations in Michael’s memory to his daughters college funds. There will be labeled envelopes at the funeral home.
