William Frank Raupp, 90, of Randolph, passed away peacefully at home, Wednesday, January 22nd, 2014. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he spent summers in Randolph and decided to make Randolph his home after graduating in 1941. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. William worked as a Building Supervisor at JCP & L, Morristown. He was active in the Boy Scouts while growing up. He served as a volunteer fireman for Randolph Chemical Co. #2 of Millbrook for 61 years and served as chaplain for many years. He also volunteered for many years for the Randolph Freedom Festival Parade Committee. He is survived by his son William M. and his wife Carol of Allamuchy, his daughter Susan C. Colordeau and her husband Roger of Randolph, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brother John of Randolph. Predeceased by his wife Jennie (nee Rusnak), his parents George and Mary Raupp, his brothers Henry, George, Gordon and sister Ethel Varrone. Visitation Saturday, January, 25th, 2014, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). Funeral Services will be on Monday, January 27th, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Randolph Chemical Engine Co. #2, 340 Route 10 West, Randolph, NJ 07869.
