Regina Michel, 51, of Randolph, passed away Sunday, March 25th, 2012 at home. Mrs. Michel was born in Passaic and has been a resident of Randolph for 21 years. . Received her B.S.N. Degree from Felician College, Lodi. She worked as a Registered Nurse for the Mountain Lakes Board of Education, Mountain Lakes. School nurse at Lake Drive School for Hearing Impaired in Mountain Lakes for over 5 years. Member of Plast Ukrainian Scouting Organization and Spartanky; Plast Camp nurse Vovcha Tropa. She also was a Girl Scout Leader at St. Virgil's Church, Morris Plains. Survived by her husband John of 27 years; four children Justina, Orest, Taissa and Avalina; mother Hedwig Djatschenko; brother Walter Djatschenko and sister Lydia Celuch. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Paul. Visitation Friday, March 30th, 2012, 2 - 4 & 6 - 9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Parastas 7:30 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Services 9:00AM on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 217 President Street, Passaic, 07055, 973-471-9727 (stnicholasucc.org), . Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. In lieu of flowers donations are requested in her memory to the Plast Camp Vovcha Tropa, c/o Frank Salek, 10 Ledgerock Ct., Morris Plains, NJ 07950.
