Thursday May 21,2009 11:00 am Graveside Service Patricia J. Van Syckle Mrs. Patricia J. Van Syckle, 72, of Rockaway passed away Sunday, May 17th, 2009 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown. Lifelong resident of the Dover area. Mrs. Van Syckle was born in Dover. She was an active member of The New Hope Community Church, Denville, where she played the organ and piano during the church services. She worked as a medical technician at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville, and retired in 1997 after 30 years. Prior to working at Saint Clares, Denville she worked many years at the former Dover General Hospital. She was a very talented artist painting of fine porcelain china. Survived by her mother, Martha Clark of Rockaway Township, her nephew, Jeff Cramer of Hackettstown and by many cousins. Predeceased by her husband Melvin and her brother John Cramer both in 2008. Graveside services at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 21st, 2009. Visitation Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, Eastern Division, Inc., Attn: Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons Street, PO Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
