Obituary of Donald Crane Jackson

Donald Crane Jackson Born November 2nd, 1931, life long resident of Rockaway Borough. Graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Served Rockaway Borough as Civil Defense Director, Auxiliary Police and on the Rockaway Borough Planning Board. Member of Rockaway United Methodist Church, Rockaway Borough Historical Committee, and Young At Heart Senior Group. Predeceased by his sister, Marion B. Knoll and brothers Floyd H. Jackson and Joseph H. Jackson. Survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Joan E. Jackson, his children Herbert Moore, William Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Andrea Jackson, and grandchildren Amanda and Adam Jackson. Visitation Friday, January 13th, 2012, 3 - 5 & 7 - 9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 14th, 2012, 10 AM at the Rockaway United Methodist Church, 1 Hoagland Avenue, Rockaway.
