Francis “Frank” A. Stoltman, 54, resident of Sparta, passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at Newton Memorial Hospital, Newton Frank grew up in Randolph, was a resident of Succasunna, and then resided in Sparta for the last 3 years. Mr. Stoltman worked as a master tile setter for the Bricklayers Union Local 7. He loved darts, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley. When he was young he raised rabbits and sheep in the 4H Club. He was a linebacker for the Randolph High School Football Team in the 1970’s. Frank is survived by Wendy, his best friend and wife of 21 years. His two sisters Maryann Kelly of Succasunna, Annette Rivera of Randolph, a niece Natasha Rivera of Wharton, a grandnephew Camryn, a sister-in-law Cheryl Swartz and David Wallota of Budd Lake. Also, survived by his mother and father-in-law Margaret and Norman Swartz of Sparta. A visitation will be held at the Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph, on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will follow at 8:00 PM.
