William B. DiMiceli, 93, of Randolph passed away Thursday, January 9th, 2014 at Sunrise at Randolph Assisted Living, Randolph, following a short illness. William was born in New York City, NY and has been a resident of Randolph since 2007, he formerly lived in Toms River 20 years and also in Wanaque and Brooklyn. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. He worked as a Machinist at Wright Aeronautical in Wood-Ridge and retired in 1985 after more than 20 years. He also had worked as a machinist for G.E. Survived by his son Peter of PA, daughter Christine DiMiceli-Tinus of NC, and his sister Jean D'onofrio of Wanaque. Also survived by six grandchildren Toni Hibbits of Wantage, Sherry Blankenship of LaGrange, KY, Jamie Gately of PA, Billy VanWolput of NC, Gunnery Sgt. Michael VanWolput stationed in New Bern, NC and Matthew VanWolput of Oak Ridge; twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Charlie and two sisters Rose and Mary. Visitation Monday 3 - 5 & 7 - 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). Funeral Services will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 14th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
