Obituary of Terry Polito

Terry Polito, 78, of Randolph, passed away Sunday, November 6th, 2011 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Saint Clares Hospital, Dover, following a long illness. Terry was born and raised in Newark and has been a resident of Randolph since 1976, he moved here from West Orange. He served in the U.S. Army during Peacetime. He was Vice-President of Warehousing at Rolodex Corporation, Secaucus, and retired in 1995 after 15 years. Graduated from West Side High School in Newark. He also graduated from Seton Hall University in 1955 with a degree in Business Management. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband and uncle who enjoyed attending his family's sporting events and special celebrations. Survived by three daughters Patricia L. Cancelliere and her husband Michael of Succasunna, Diane Gangemi and her husband Nick of Randolph, and Deborah Nardolillo and her husband Joseph of Randolph; one son Terry C. Polito and his wife April of Jefferson Township. Also survived by nine grandchildren Jacklyn, Michael, Daniel, Nicola, James, Joseph, Jamie, Dante, and Antonio and one great-grandchild Trevor. Predeceased by his wife Virginia in 1976 and his 2nd wife Patricia in 2011 and his two sisters Frances Pfennig and Anita Kubicka. Visitation Tuesday, November 8th, 2011, 4 - 8 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Wednesday, November 9th, 2011, 10:00 AM at St. Matthew the Apostle R.C. Church, 335 Dover-Chester Road, Randolph (973-584-1101). Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
