Obituary of Lucille B. Gangemi

"Farewell Our Love - Until we meet again" Lucille B. Gangemi, 88, passed away on January 5, 2014. She was the fifth of seven children in the Ziccarello family of Whippany, NJ. Lucille was a retired R.N. She was the third daughter to train and graduate from the Jersey City Medical Center. Lucille was one of the most compassionate and dedicated registered nurses to graduate from that school. She always "went by the book", and followed all the rules, and remained a true symbol of TLC. Married to Rocco N. Gangemi for 64 years, Lucille was a most devoted wife and mother of three children, Donna, John and Mery, and Regina and Michael A. Stalter. She was the proud grandmother of Michele and Tom Lovenberg, Nicole Stalter, and Jillian and Marc DiNanno and two grandsons, Anthony and Zachary Gangemi. They have been blessed with two great-grandchildren, Trevin Lovenberg and Giavanna Grace DiNanno. Also surviving are brother Jess and Jean Ziccarello, sister Jeanne Ferraiuolo sister Tory and Frank Costa and brother Tom "Bud" and Marie Ziccarello and several loving devoted nieces and nephews, numerous godchildren, and very special close cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Savaria and Tom Ziccarello, her older brother John and older sister, Mary Quimby. Lucille will leave us for awhile, but will have a very special place in our hearts - FOREVER! Visitation will be on Thursday, January 9, 2014, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10, West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass will be on Friday, January 10, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, 9 Parsippany Road, Whippany (973-887-0050).
