Obituary of Edward Leo Struble

Edward Leo Struble, 81, of Palm Bay, FL, passed away Monday, October 3rd, 2011 at the William Childs Hospice House, Palm Bay, FL following a short illness. Edward was born in Morristown and previously resided in Dover before moving to Palm Bay. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he worked in Research & Development at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover. In his spare time, his hobbies were fishing, boxing, and the billiards. Loving father of three sons; Jay Struble and Susan Savoy of Dover, Paul and Susan Struble of Mountaintop, PA, and Ed and Judy Struble of Satellite Beach, FL. Also survived by his grandchildren; Amber, Chonte and Susan Struble of Bremerton, WA, Erich and (wife) Jillian Struble of Dillsburg, PA, Jacquelyn and James Struble of Satellite Beach, FL, and Travis Savoy of Dover and his three great-grandchildren; Hailey, Ryan, and Elias Struble of Bremerton, WA. Predeceased by his wife Minnie Ruth in 2001. Family and friends will gather at Locust Hill Cemetery, 168 North Sussex Street, Dover, for Graveside Services at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 7th, 2011. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the William Childs Hospice House, 381 Medplex Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32907.
