Obituary of Antigoni I. Margaris

Antigoni I. Margaris, 78, of Budd Lake, passed away Wednesday, September 21st, 2011 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville, following a long illness. Antigoni was born in Mezilou, Greece and has been a resident of Budd Lake since 1987, moving here from Detroit, MI. Survived by her husband Ilias of 59 years; four children, Apostolos Margaris and wife Maria of MI, Agorista "Rita" Balaskonis and husband John of Budd Lake, Fotini "Faye" Jelis and husband Vaios of Budd Lake, and Lemonia Feredinos and husband Vaggelis of NC; seven brothers and sisters, Dimitrios Telegadas, Alkiviadis Telegadas, Lambros Telegadas and Pavlos Telegadas all of MI, and Marianthi Souliotis also of MI; Fr. Elias Telegadas and Penelope Fleggas both of Greece. Nine grandchildren, Valerie and John Amato, of NJ, Panayiota Balaskonis of NJ, Louie and Annie Margaris of MI, John and Louie Jelis of NJ, Stacy, Antia, and Stavros Feredinos of NC. Also, one great grandson Johnathan Amato, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, September 25th, 2011, 2 - 6 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 26th, 2011, 11:00 AM at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, (973-584-0388). Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
